Does anybody know a good way to whiten your teeth naturally?

I brush my teeth after every meal and never had a cavity. However, my coffee addiction seems to be staining my teeth a little.
Answer:
Indeed coffee will do that. Assuming you don't read other posts on this site...some people say strawberries are a natural way to brighten teeth. I could not find any scientific literature that would back this up. People where saying mush up strawberries and brush them onto your teeth. I am sure the bacteria on your teeth enjoyed this treatment enough to cause some cavities!
There is no natural way to safely and effectively whiten your teeth. Other people would say use baking soda and peroxide. But again, these compounds have not been shown to do anything for your teeth. Only change the taste of certain toothpastes. Using Baking soda would be more abrasive than normal toothpaste and that just strips your teeth of their enamel. Hydrogen peroxide is hard on your gums. Hydrogen peroxide will whiten teeth if it is kept next to your teeth for extended periods of time. H202 kept near your gums for extended periods of time will really damage your gums.
well idk but i would also like to know!
consult a dentist n wash ur teeth each time u drink coffee.u can chew something like chewing gum 4 ur teeth too.
its not natural, but its the oldfashioned waybaking soda with hyrdrogen peroxide
used it for years and love it.
bicarbonate soda is meant to work, not sure how abrasive it,tho it is found in tooth paste sometimes
I have the same problem and would also like an answer to this question.
Mix baking soda with peroxide. It should be a thin paste when mixed properly. Use this instead of toothpaste. Only mix what you will use at time of brushing. It doesn't store well.
use crest prohealth. its a lifesaver. chew orbit after drinking coffee. and wash your mouth with listerine after every brushing.
ummm.. you could try crest whitestrips. they work for me.
I tell my patients to follow each dark beverage with water. Anything such as, coffee, tea or wine can cause staining. I use Crest strips and do not experience any type of sensitivity. Although each person is different. There are also many different brands of gum on the market now that are advertised as whitening.
My dentist said to use baking soda, no peroxide as it is not good for the tissue on the inside of your mouth. Contrary to popular belief, it kills good tissue. The baking soda is not too abrasive and will not remove the enamel if used once a day.
Options:1. mix on small plate the following
1 tsp baking soda
dash of salt
then add a few drops of white vinegar, which will foam. Then brush with toothpaste afterwards. 2. Gargle with hydrogen peroxide.3. Use 100% Apple Cider Vingar brush your teeth.4. strawberries are natural teeth whiteners.5. To whiten teeth naturally, you need to remove the bacteria that causes staining. This can be done by consuming food that produces a good flow of saliva like apples, guava, carrots, pears, sugar cane, celery, cucumbers and cauliflowers. The fibre content in these foods helps in removing the bacteria.
