I have discovered something that is new to me.
Admittedly, I am a dental hygiene freak.
I brush my teeth minimum of 3x a day.
I have been brushing my tongue for years, but discovered that if you brush your roof of your mouth, it tickles like crazy, but it feels exhilarating afterward!
Ok, ok, I know, I don't get out much. sorry to say.
I will work on that, but still it is amazing %26 you gotta try it!

I can't. It makes me gag.
do it all the time, they say if you do that(of which your doing it helps take care of bad breathe too:)
