Do you rinse with water after rinsing your mouth with Listerine or Crest Pro Health Oral mouth wash?

Sometimes... when the listerine is too strong and I want the "sting" to stop.

Normally, after using a mouthwash like Listerine or Crest pro Health you just expectorate (spit) and let the rinse sit on your teeth for optimal benefit. This is done when you're have a problem like gingivitis or bad breath, but if not then you can rinse after with water only know your not getting the "optimal" result. Good luck.
