No, but it may be harder to get the strip to stay on your teeth and to fit on your teeth. Plus there is gel in the strip that is pretty gross feeling and it could get in your mouth instead of on you teeth. prob. not so fun. BUT there is a toothpaste that really really really works call Pearl Drops you can buy it at walmart which is where i bought it. and your teeth will be super white and noticed as long as you use it regularly!
You don't need straight teeth.
Just make sure that you press the strip into all the little spaces between your teeth and along your gumline.
