You don't want to wear your dentures to sleep. If you don't take them out, clean them and soak them overnight, you are liable to develop fungus and yeast infections (i.e. denture stomatitis).

No, but I still have all of my own teeth.You shouldn't sleep with dentures in your mouth, though. If you just can't STAND the thought of going to bed with a naked mouth, be sure to allow SOME time in the daytime - like half an hour or more - with your dentures out. You will have to keep them immaculately clean and clean your mouth well to avoid the yeast infections mentioned by my colleagues.

I don't have dentures but I have a partial, and the dentist will tell you to take it out while you sleep. Even websites will tell you to take the partial or denture(s) out and soak them overnight. It is good to let the mouth 'rest' for a good six to eight hours.
