i know a guy who did bite the tip of a guys nose off in a bar fight. didn't see - thank goodness. but i believe him. so...based on that, i think you could bite to tear the skin, tendons and such off a finger, but i don't think you could go thru bone. and it is nothing i would have thought about until i read your question. eeeeeeewwww.

Technically, yes, a person could bite off a finger.Personally, no, I wouldn't bite off a finger. ;)
Teeth are as strong as knives, and you can cut a finger off (my uncle did that), so yea if you bite super hard you can bite the tip of your finger.
