Do you have to brush your teeth when using crest white strips classics?

the box says not to brush your teeth...somebody explain this to meif i do need to...when is the right time to brush
Answer:
You CAN brush your teeth before, but you should not brush for at least 30 minutes after, as the H2O2 has very slightly demineralized the surface enamel. This is NOT a problem as your own saliva will replace these minerals in a half hour and therefore strengthen the teeth again. If you do brush you will brush away microns of tooth enamel which over time can damage your teeth. So it is also advisable to limit how long and how frequently you use the bleaching strips
brush before but not after you put the strip on you DO need to brush your teeth or your breath will be something FIERCE
don't brush your teeth while they are on and a few minutes after u have rinsed ur mouth.but u have to brush ur teeth since the strips don't protect against plaque, bad breath, cavities, gingivitis. i know because i have used them.
If it says dont brush teeth it means for a little while afterwards dont brush. Use it after brushing not before.
Yes you ALWAYS Have to brush your teeth. The only way to remove plaque which is loose debris on teeth that can harden is to brush with a toothbrush to pull it off your teeth.
you need to brush at least at night before sleep
it is recommend to brush after each meal
at night will do most of the job
yes brush before you stripnever skip teeth brushing
It says not to brush your teeth before you put them on. I think they stay on better if your teeth are not smooth. So I would wait and brush your teeth about 30 minutes or so after you take the strips off. I love crest white strips, they have always worked for me. :)
Well your not supposed to because the crest does it for you.
nope the box is right
