I have a classmate who gargles with hydrogen peroxide.
Like a "couple of drops in a glass of water"
and she does this every day. She says her mom had been doing it since she (mom) was a teen and didn't experience any side effects.She has pearly white teeth.
and she says that's all she does besides daily
brushing and flossing.I am thinking of doing this coz I bought a box of the
Crest white strips on eBay (which I got ripped off...) LOL
but it isn't working.

I don't think they work well. Your dentist should carry a stronger rx version of the strips. They cost around $70 and work much better.
Not really. It will whiten your teeth slightly and only on the surface. Go to a dentist, it is worth the money and it is really not that expensive.

Quite well, my dentist recommends them.
U can try the white strips. some people get OK results with them. They move around in your mouth and spread the gooey gel around. They are inexpensive, so its worth a try. many of our patients tried it, then came back to our office for the professional whitening. there is a take home system where u wear custom fit trays with gel for a time during the day or night for a few weeks. Great results, but time consuming. cost is around $400.00. Then there is the ZOOM whitening that takes 1 hour in a dental office. Gorgeous results. Cost anywhere from $600. to $900. But its great and lasts for years. U have to watch staining foods such as berries, mustard, ketchup, curry, tea and coffee, red wine. Will stain your teeth more rapidly.
